I’m a certified teacher of Kripalu Meditation, which combines movement, breathing, relaxation, and concentration to achieve deep meditative states.

Rooted in more than 4,000 years of tradition, it’s an accessible style of meditation designed to “revitalize the body, clear the mind, and live with greater aliveness and purpose.”

After meditating for more than a decade, I completed a 200-hour training program at the Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health covering the practices, philosophy, psychology, and physiology of yoga-based meditation.
